Our corks
We use 100% natural corks sourced from certified sustainable forests. These corks not only preserve the quality and aging of each wine but align with our values — renewable, biodegradable, and traditional. Every closure is selected to protect what's inside, while honoring what’s outside.
Our grapes
Our grapes are hand-selected from vineyards that thrive in healthy soil and well-balanced climates. Each varietal is grown with minimal interference, allowing the vine to speak through the fruit. No mechanical shortcuts. No chemical overload. Just grapes as they were meant to be — full of structure, freshness, and natural complexity.
Our barrels
We age many of our spirits and select wines in oak barrels sourced from trusted coopers. Each barrel is carefully chosen for its ability to impart subtle flavor without overpowering the core identity of the liquid inside. We use a mix of new and neutral oak, depending on the profile we’re shaping — spice, smoke, vanilla, or restraint.
Our aging method
Aging isn’t just a number — it’s a process that requires trust and patience. We age our spirits and reserve wines as long as needed, not as long as convenient. Some are cellared for months. Others, for years. Our philosophy is simple: if it’s not ready, it doesn’t leave the barrel.
